By supplying the optimum heat source by our unique variable beam mechanism, the heat effect during cutting is reduced and the quality degradation issue is solved. Multi purpose cleaving is also made possible.
By machining the glass surface at a temperature lower than the melting temperature, damage to the glass by laser heating is prevented, glass strength after cutting is maintained, and beautiful and high quality cutting is made available.
All parameters are controlled by the micro-computer circuit designed specially for the system. Electronic control enables handling of various works in a short period of time.
There is no high value components to be replaced periodically. In addition to the stable optical design, the machine operates for many hours at a low maintenance cost.
